Moran & Ryan successfully completes European Order for Payment case

In keeping with our high success rate in debt collection cases, our Litigation Department has achieved a successful result in one of Ireland’s first European Order for Payment cases. The firm acted for a European client and worked in partnership with the Courts Practice & Procedure Committee to establish the now simplified Court process for hearing cases brought under the Regulation.
