Moran and Ryan LLP recently advised M7 Real Estate in relation to the letting of several commercial units at Churchtown Business Park, Dublin 14 for various tenants with mixed uses.  The lettings were negotiated and completed with a significant focus on ESG supported by green lease clauses. Churchtown Business Park is situated in a prime location in South Dublin, supported by excellent transportation and within close proximity to the Luas and Dundrum Town Centre.
