A 59-year-old Dublin woman has been awarded €55,000 in damages by the Circuit Civil Court after slipping on a yogurt in Tesco four years ago.
The incident occurred in April 2012 when Dee Kenny was shopping in Tesco in Ballybrack and slipped on a spilled yogurt falling on her right side.
